Preperation
1 Cut beef into slices and
red pepper into diagonal slices; Cut ginger, garlic to slices, wash
and cut garlic stems into sections;
2 Mix beef with salt, MSG,
cooking wine and marinate for about 5 minutes;

pan. Stir fry the beef. Remove when meat starts change color;

Heat a little oil in pan. Add ginger, garlic, bean paste, red pepper,
salt, MSG, pepper. Stir for a minute. Add beef, water, starch to
cook through. Drizzle sesame oil and serve.
