Braised Rabbit

Material
Rabbit 300 g
2 green onions
1 small piece ginger
Garlic 5 cloves
Corn starch
Seasoning
1 tablespoon chicken fat
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
5 tablespoons of broth
2 tsp pepper powder
Tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Cut rabbit into large strips; onions, garlic, ginger slices;
2 Heat pan, add chicken fat, till 60% hot; Saute onions, garlic, ginger; Add rabbit meat, chili sauce, pepper, soy sauce, salt, broth;
3 After boil, skim foam, simmer unitl meat tender and thicken; Add MSG, sesame oil, then starch with water.
