Preperation
1 Wash and
chop pork feet into pieces; Wash and cut ginger fluff;
2 Add water
to pot and bring to boil, add ginger, scallions, cooking wine, pork
feets boil briefly and remove;
3 Put water in clay pot and add
pork feet, peanuts, ginger, onion, water, simmer for about 3 hours;

Add salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, remove the ginger, scallions
and serve.

Wash and drain
