Oyster Sauce Mushroom

Material
Mushrooms 300 g
Onion 2
Garlic 5 cloves
Seasoning
Cooking oil 20 g
3 tsp oyster sauce
Half tsp salt
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Remove stems of mushrooms and wash clean; Cut onions into sections, garlic slices;
2 Boil water in pot, boil mushrooms briefly and drain;
3 Heat oil in pan to saute onions, garlic; Then add mushrooms to stir fry for 1 minute or until cooked;
4 Mix in salt, monosodium glutamate into the pot and stir well, drizzle oyster sauce.
