Tilapia 1 (about 600 grams)

Preparation
1 Clean tilapia; Wash and cut onions into sections, ginger, garlic, red pepper slices;
2 Put oil in pan, fry the fish appear until golden then remove;
3 Leave in a small amount of oil, stir fry onion, ginger, garlic, chili sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper, salt, MSG, then add boiling water;
4 Add in the fried tilapia, low heat till cooked through, transfer into plate. Reduce remaining broth and cook until thicken, topped with sesame oil poured on the fish to serve.
