Preperation
1 Peel pumpkin and use a coarse grater to grate
into shreds in bowl; Mix in chopped onion, oil, flour, salt and the
amount of water mix into pancake mix;
2 Heat oil in pan, scoop a
little mix to form pancake shape over low heat; Cook until both sides
turning brown;
