Spicy Lima Beans

Material
Lima Beans 500 g
Green Onion 2
1 small piece ginger
1 teaspoon pepper
Seasoning
Cooking oil 30 g
Half tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Half tsp sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Wash and drain the beans; Chop onions, ginger;
2 Heat oil in pan, saute onion, ginger, add beans, stir well, add salt, sugar, water, chili powder and continue to fry about 1 minute, add MSG, pepper and stir well.
