Practice
1. Clean pork tongue and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and scrape clean;
2. Clean and cut onion into 2-inch long segment; Wash and slice fresh ginger;
3. Cook pork tongue for 10 minutes, add ginger, spring onion, cooking wine, pepper, aniseed, salt and MSG, turn to low heat to simmer;
