A Cornish Hen (about 500 grams)

Ginger 1
Amount of aniseed
Amount of dried tangerine peel

Cooking oil 30 g
Half tablespoon soy sauce
Half tablespoon cooking wine
Tablespoons bean paste
2 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tsp sugar

Method
1 Clean chicken; Boil in boiling water for a couple of minutes; Cut onion, ginger slices;
2 Heat oil in pan, saute bean paste; add cooking wine, soy sauce, some water to boil;
3 Add chicken, sugar, pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, dried tangerine peel, aniseed, onion, ginger and boil;
4 Turn to low heat to simmer until chicken cooked, remove, cut into piecs to serve.
