Water, kelp 300 grams
Scallions 2
1 small piece ginger
Seasoning
Cooking oil 10 grams
1 tsp sesame oil
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
1 tsp salt
Half teaspoon sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Preparation
1. Cut kelp into strips, boil in water, remove and drain transfer to a plate; cut onions, ginger into strips;
2. Mix in soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, MSG, sprinkle with onion ginger;
3. Heat cooking oil in pan, pour in the kelp and serve.
