香酥蛋松

材料
鸡蛋 3 个
调料
食用油 300 克
(实耗30 克)
精盐 半小匙
白糖 半小匙
做法
1.将鸡蛋打散,加入白糖、精盐搅拌均匀;
2.热油,将打好的蛋液慢慢倒入滤勺中,轻轻摇动,让蛋液均匀入锅油炸;
3.炸约1 分钟后,即可捞起浮出油面的蛋松,淋在白饭上即可食用。
特点:
色泽金黄,外酥内软。
★厨师一点通
油温要稍高一些,否则做不出蛋松的效果。
