Method
1 Wash the bullfrog, each cut into 8 pieces, add sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes;
2 Peel garlic, fry until turning yellow remove; Cut ginger to slices; onions into sections;
3 Heat oil to saute ginger, then add bullfrog, stir well, then add garlic, pepper, water, monosodium glutamate, bring to boil; Turn to low heat and simmer 25 minutes, sprinkle with onion.
