Mince the peppers; Peel and devein shrimp. Cut the back of shrimp,
then light chop shrimp without cutting. Add wine, salt and marinate a
few minutes;
2 Coat shrimp with a little starch, salt, white
pepper, custard powder, egg yolk, mix well with water, sprinkled with
red and green pepper;
3 Use mediem heat to fry prawns for a couple
of minutes, cover the pan and turn down to low heat until
cooked.
