Chicken Bean Sprout Salad

Material
Chicken breasts 200 grams
150 grams bean sprouts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
Seasoning
2 tsp sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
Half tsp sugar
Half teaspoon MSG
Method
1 Cut the chicken shredded, placed in boiling water boil for a short time, remove; Wash shred red and green pepper;
2 Put green bean sprouts into boiling water for a minute and then remove and drain.
3 Mix everthing in a plate and serve.

Alternatively, you can stir fry bean sprouts then mix directly.
