Conch 500 grams
3 cloves garlic
1 Onion
1 small piece ginger
1 cilantro
2 teaspoon peanut oil
2 teaspoon oyster sauce

Method
1.
Take the meat out of conch,
wash away the mucus with vinegar, cut
into thin slices.
Boil in water.
Wash and
cut cilantro into
sections;

sauce. Cut
the rest of onion and ginger into thin strips.
